Refund policy

At Voltgens, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items may include:

  • Used or damaged products not due to our error
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@voltgens.us with photos and details so we can resolve the issue quickly.
